Our Story
Broken Arrow Spray Foam Insulation Authority
Brandon Hayes started Broken Arrow Spray Foam Insulation Authority right here in Tulsa County after years working on homes across neighborhoods like Forest Ridge, Arrowhead, and Indian Hills. He saw how the humid subtropical climate with hot summers and mild winters creates constant moisture and temperature swings that push older housing stock in Downtown Broken Arrow and Lynn Lane to need better air sealing than traditional batts can deliver.
Operating from 1158 N Birch Ave, the crew serves Broken Arrow plus nearby Coweta, Bixby, and Tulsa with owner-led crews that show up on time and walk each attic or crawl space before quoting. The focus stays on matching closed-cell or open-cell foam to the actual roof lines, wall cavities, and slab edges found in local builds rather than pushing a one-size approach.
You can reach them Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm or Saturday 9am to 2pm when planning work around Ray Harral Nature Park or near the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center.
- Owner Brandon Hayes oversees every job from estimate through final pass.
- Work tailored to the mix of slab-on-grade and crawl-space homes common in Arrowhead and Forest Ridge.
- Direct scheduling with the same crew that performs the install, no handoff to subcontractors.
- Clear written scope and material choices reviewed on site before any foam is sprayed.
- Service runs to Bixby, Coweta, and Tulsa addresses the same week the call comes in.
